Key collection and Tenancy Handovers

Occasionally, if the property inventory is already prepared and a full check-in is not required, we offer a handover service. We will meet the tenant at the property, read the meters, hand over the keys and obtain the tenants signature for the tenancy handover.

We can also arrange a key collect service when a tenant is checking-out of a property but there is no inventory to take care of. We will meet the tenant, do a quick overview of the property in terms of cleaning, damage etc, read the meters and take the keys from the tenant. The property is then locked and left in a safe and secure manner.
